St. Lawrence, a deacon, was martyred by being roasted over a flame in 258. While being tortured, he joyfully called out to his executors, “I’m done on this side, turn me over!” securing the role of patron saint of chefs and backyard grilling.

We will start with the much-anticipated House Sorting Ceremony. Parents are welcome!
Dress Code: Dress for Mass in the morning; Students will change into their House Shirts (provided) before departing.
We will be spending one night in 3-sided treehouses at Camp Ondessonk in Southern Illinois as a joyful way to kick off our school year. The young men & young women will have separate campsites.

Thursday, August 24
LOCKER DAY
The school will be open and staffed from 7:55 am - 3:25 pm. Students are welcome to drop in to check out their books and set up their lockers. The interiors of the lockers may be personalized with non-adhesives (think magnets and putty) and shelves are encouraged.
There may be a girls' volleyball practice this day.

FEAST OF ST. LOUIS, KING OF FRANCE
7:55 am - 3:25 pm (regular school hours)

Please bring a Brown Bag Lunch.
Students will be off-campus in the afternoon celebrating the Feast of St. Louis, King of France.
